A coach that knows you.
Not an app you operate.
- No forms, no wizards. Say "I forgot my lunch" — the plan adapts.
- The plan lives in your calendar and your WhatsApp — where you already look.
- Your name never reaches the AI.
Almost ready. Leave an email — you’re first in the door.
Forgot my lunch at home. It’s Portillo’s or nothing.
Then Portillo’s, done right. Italian beef, skip the fries — dinner flexes to cover the rest.
Italian beef, no cheese
~610 cal · 38g protein
That’s a solid save, not a slip. Protein’s covered — dinner goes lighter.
Google Calendar — Dinner · 7:30pm
Chicken alfredo night
Grilled chicken + greens — protein-forward
Gym 6:05 — Workout B, it’s on your calendar. You slept 7h10, best this week. Only job today: water before coffee.
They moved my 8am up an hour. Can I still train?
Yes — shorter, not skipped. 25 minutes, the two lifts that matter.
Google Calendar — Workout B · tomorrow
6:05am — 45 min
6:20am — 25 min express
Same plan, smaller dose. Beats zero — see you at 6:20.
Knee’s complaining on stairs today.
Then today bends — we don’t push through pain. Upper body and core, zero knee load.
Today’s session — adjusted
Goblet squats · lunges
Bench + rows · core finisher
Still barking in two days and the knee comes out of the week — and you get it looked at. Deal?
Say hi. See how it answers.
Two quick questions are on the house. The moment it gets personal, I’ll ask you to sign up so I can keep what you told me.
This part needs JavaScript on — or just download the app when it’s out.
Let’s keep this.
Sign up (or sign in) and I pick up right here — on the web now, in the app when you install it.
It lives where you already look.
The plan lives in your calendar and your WhatsApp — where you already look.
Workout B · 6:05am
Before your 8am, after the school run, or right after fajr — the plan books itself around your real mornings, whatever shape they take.
Gym 6:05 — Workout B. You slept 6h40, best this week. Only job today: protein at lunch. Reply PAUSE to mute mornings.
Plugged into your life.
One coach, one memory, every channel.
The workout itself, handled.
One structured screen in the whole app — built for sweaty hands and a phone on the floor. Everything else is conversation.
- Timers keep running with the screen off — Live Activity on iPhone, a mirror on Apple Watch, and a rest-end alarm that cuts through headphones.
- Fully offline in the gym basement. Every set flows silently back into the conversation — your coach knows without being told.
- Plans adapt like a coach, not a spreadsheet: miss a week and the return week deloads on purpose. Missed work never piles up as debt.
- Mon Workout A · full body 45 min
- Tue Floor day · brisk walk 20 min
- Wed Workout B · push + core 45 min
- Fri Workout C · pull + carries 40 min
- Sat Soccer with the kids counts
1,750 cal · 150g protein · lights out 10:30
Three gym mornings, not five — a plan you keep beats a perfect plan you quit.
Goblet squat
set 3 of 4 · 12 × 140 lb
✓ Done — logged, no typing
Point it at dinner. Get a verdict, not a lecture.
No barcodes, no search-and-select. A photo is enough — the coach knows the food you actually eat, whatever your table looks like.
Daal, rotli, bhindi — the works
~640 cal · 28g protein
Solid plate. Daal’s doing the protein work. Eat the salan, skip the second rotli if dinner’s late.
Cheeseburger, single patty
~780 cal · 34g protein
Fine once. Keep the patty, drop half the bun, and lunch tomorrow is protein-first. No lecture — logged.
Chicken tacos, corn tortillas
~540 cal · 38g protein
Good order. Three is the number — skip the chips and you’re ahead for the day.
Our current eval: 97% recognition across five cuisines, 90% on South Asian plates — the one miss called nihari "handi gosht". We publish the misses too.
Your name never reaches the AI.
Names, places, and contacts are scrubbed into tokens on your phone before any model sees a word. The coach coaches the tokens just as well.
Omar here — skipped the 5:35 session at Lakeshore Fitness, knee’s complaining.
⟦NAME⟧ here — skipped the 5:35 session at ⟦GYM⟧, knee’s complaining.
Scrubbing runs on your phone. The AI coaches ⟦NAME⟧ exactly as well as it would coach Omar.
Real screens, not renders.
Shot in the iOS Simulator against the live platform on a brand-new account. Nothing staged, nothing retouched.
-
Say your knee aches. You get coaching and a next question — not a form. -
A program built around the knee. The engine swapped the movements itself. -
One structured screen in the whole app. It asks for your working weight instead of inventing one. -
Photograph the plate. A name, a confidence, the macros — and what to do differently next time. -
Ask to move a session. When the calendar isn’t connected, the coach says so instead of pretending.
iPhone 17 Pro simulator, 2026-09-07. The credits balance is not in the header because a new account isn’t running low — that is the rule, not a crop.
Built for real weeks, not perfect ones.
The floor.
Bad weeks don’t collapse the plan — sleep, a walk, one honest meal still count. Missed work never piles up as debt.
Pushback, warmly.
If the plan’s wrong, your coach says so — with the number, not a lecture. Three servings is a meal’s worth of calories, and you’ll hear it.
Calm by design.
Nothing in the app is red — warnings are amber, and chest pain during a workout gets a 911 screen you can’t swipe away. Serious where it matters, quiet everywhere else.
Every plan is the whole coach. Pick your pace.
Free — 40 exchanges to start, no account, no card.
Enough to find out if this is your coach.
Base
$90/yr$9 /mo
A coach every day. Morning brief, your plan in your calendar, food reads, a real conversation.
Peers
$190/yr$19 /mo
Everything in Base, twice the coaching, and your people: buddies, Circles, sharing.
Plus
$290/yr$29 /mo
Adds photo and clip reads of you: form, posture, progress. Weekly, if you want.
Pro
$590/yr$59 /mo
The coach is always on. For the stretch where you’re all in.
Pay for the year, get two months of it free — on every plan.
Billing you'd call fair: cancel in two taps, no countdown timers, no interest-bearing anything. Your plan is a month of coaching with a rhythm built in — a heavy stretch pauses for a few hours, and nothing ever bills past what you chose.
Asked and answered.
What is a9fit?
A health coach you talk to. Workouts, food, sleep, and the calendar all live in one conversation — one coach, one memory, every day.
When can I use it?
We’re in community beta. Leave an email on this page and you’re in line for the first public builds — one email when your coach is ready, no drip campaign.
What does it cost?
Free to start — 40 exchanges, no account, no card. Paid plans run $9 to $59 a month, or ten months’ price for a year on any of them. Every plan is the whole coach; the price sets how much of one you get, and a heavy stretch pauses for a few hours instead of costing you extra.
Is it actually built for Muslim life?
Natively. The plan books around fajr and isha jamaat, food coaching is halal-fluent, and daal, rotli, and biryani are recognized by name — not filed under "curry". Ramadan mode ships before Ramadan 2027. If none of that applies to you, it stays invisible.
How does the privacy thing work?
Your name, your gym, your people — scrubbed into tokens on your phone before any AI model sees a word. The coach reads ⟦NAME⟧ and coaches exactly as well. A live audit feed in the app shows what was touched, when.
Is this medical advice?
No. It’s coaching — 16+, and never a substitute for your doctor. The one exception is built in on purpose: chest pain during exertion gets a full-screen 911 prompt you can’t swipe away.
Do I have to open the app every day?
No. The plan is written into your calendar, and the coach reaches you on WhatsApp or SMS — same memory, same conversation. The app is home base, not a cage.
What happens when I have a bad week?
The plan has a floor: sleep, a walk, one honest meal still count, and missed work never piles up as debt. Come back after a week off and the plan deloads on purpose — a plan you keep beats a perfect plan you quit.
How do I cancel?
Two taps, in the app, no retention screen. Billing you’d call fair is a feature we market on purpose.
Be first in the door.
One email when your coach is ready. That’s the whole campaign.
